Director – Service Delivery

Our Director of Service Delivery is a highly experienced Clinical Nurse with years in surgical and acute care settings. She has advanced expertise in urology, continence care, and airway management, and has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence based care. Her leadership ensures that AvivCare’s services are clinically sound, risk aware, and aligned with best practice. She oversees participant care planning, clinical governance systems, and staff training to maintain the highest standards of safety and dignity.

Director – Business Operations

Our Director of Business Operations brings extensive management experience in disability and aged care services. With a background in strategic leadership, financial oversight, and NDIS compliance. Holding an MBA and CPA accreditation, he ensures AvivCare’s governance framework is robust, transparent, and accountable. His leadership drives continuous improvement, workforce development, and sustainable service delivery.
